Derek and Kristin Peterson are thrilled to be taking on this new adventure of business ownership. Fraughton Meat Processing has been a family owned business and will continue to be so under the Petersons. Derek and Kristin have been married for almost 22 years and have six children. The Petersons have relied on wild game meat to feed their family for most of their marriage. The main stipulation Kristin gives to Derek each time he goes out hunting is that he will try his hardest to bring something home to help feed the family.
