The menu features three flavorful vegetarian dishes:

A staple of Chicago’s dining scene since 2007, Demera has been recognized by the Michelin Guide and named one of Eater’s 38 Essential Restaurants. Now, you can try some of Chef Tigist’s most beloved dishes right here at Allison Dining Commons!
