The purpose of this group is to educate, share ideas, and bring together people who have or want chickens. Do you currently have a few pet chickens or an urban flock and want to meet other chicken owners? We have been raising chickens and and other small animals for 8 years. We are very knowledgeable about what it takes to raise and care for chickens, ducks,turkeys, and rabbits.

I have been asked by several people over the last couple weeks if I sell laying hens. I do not. I don't know of anyone selling them right now either.

UPDATE: Thank you to all who offered to take these girls. They have found a home.

These 4 ladies are looking for a new home. They are 4-5 years but are still laying. The owner would like for them to go to a good home and not end up in the soup pot. Located on the west side. Pm me and I will forward your info to their owner.
