sprinkle in a lil natural riviera mexico from San Cristobal Coffee Importers & you’re golden, ponyboy.

we recommend this blend for cold brew, but it makes a killer drip as well.

every coffee is just different…this one especially. & there’s something kind of fantastic about that.

this experimental lot is named black sheep (ovis nigra ✊🏽) & comes to us from — & there at their pu’er facility in yunnan, the coffee undergoes a 30 day anaerobic fermentation, followed by an initial drying period to 35% moisture, & then an additional 20 day fermentation before final drying. wild stuff.

the result is a vibrantly funky cup with complex notes of chocolate liqueur, pomegranate, & dragonfruit.

this year for evansville’s 214th birthday, we teamed up with the mayor’s office to create the evansville city blend.

at $18.12, it's a nod to where we started, but the work continues beyond our city.

this blend features coffee from — a vertically integrated coffee farm we’ve been sourcing from over the past few years & recently had the chance to visit.

every bag gives back $5 to support , a non-profit institution with the goal of creating & educating leaders for their community, nation & the entire world.

the foundation funds a private school providing free education (english courses, farming practices, technical skills, etc.) from K-7th to over 60 children & growing, empowering them to become leaders of tomorrow.

their coffee community has supported us in our role in evansvillle, indiana & we'd like to return the favor. pick up a bag at any location or order online!
