We are taking wreath orders for as long we have greenery to make them. We also still have Charlie brown trees available. Sales will be by appointment only. For the first time since we began selling Christmas trees we have to close before Christmas Eve. We sincerely apologize that we are unable to sell anymore trees. We made every effort to procure more trees for you, however with the limited supply we were unable to. We have limited field trees in order to keep a supply for future years as they take 10 or more years to reach maturity. We do, however still have some very large, very wide, very old trees in our patch. If you could use one of those we are able to still cut them down. Those would absolutely be the only trees available. Thank you for your understanding and patronage. #christmas #christmas2021 #trees

We will be open Sunday, December 5th from 11:30am to 5pm.
We have 34 pre-cut firs between 6β and 7β and 21 pre-cut blue spruce and Scotch pines.
We also have a few fresh wreathes available.

Itβs Christmastime and our pre-cut trees have arrived! We have worked hard getting them in water and displayed for you! We currently have 780 trees in stock and over 120 on display. Due to drought conditions in 2012, poor seedling establishment in nearby years and coupled with high demand in the previous few years we have a very limited amount of trees available from our fields. (This is the same story nationwide.) We placed our order for trees in February and our supplier changed the quantities and sizing to what they had available. We called and e-mailed many other companies to try and locate trees for you, but no one had any extra trees available either. Unfortunately the largest tree we have pre-cut is 8-1/2 feet tall (we are unable to get anymore). We are selling trees on a first come first serve basis. We are unable to tag trees to be cut from the field. Any tree cut from the field must meet the minimum height requirement of 8 feet tall to be cut. We will be open tomorrow, Friday, November 19th from 1pm-5pm, Saturday from 9am-5pm, Sunday 11:30am-5pm, closed Monday. Open Tuesday - Saturday from 9am-5pm.(Closed on Thanksgiving)

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported us again this year. We couldnβt stay in business without you!! We hope you made many memories. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts β₯οΈ
As we look forward to the Christmas season once again, we want to let you know that unfortunately we will not be able to let anyone pretag their tree. We need this year to let our trees get bigger so we will have trees in the future. We will have close to 1000 trees to pick from in the barn in water starting November 20th. We will be able to sell trees from our field that are 8β or taller that you may come and pick the day you want your tree. We love our customers and hope you understand our situation. Hope to start seeing your smiling faces starting November 20th. Once again thanks for your support.

GOEBEL FARMS will be closed for the 2020 season after tomorrow, Saturday December 19th, unless you have a tree already tagged. Then you need to call for appointment at 812-431-5185. We still have 30 precut trees, fresh wreaths and Apple Cider.
You may be asking yourself why we need to close a week before Christmas? So we will have trees for future years.
Farming is about planning for the future. Every spring since 1989, our family has planted thousands of seedlings with future hopes of seeing customers come to the farm to make memories with their families and take home a perfect tree. What you may not know is that once you plant a seedling, it takes a few years for it to root in and create its foundation. Then it starts to grow vertically an average of 1 foot per year and thatβs the best case scenario, when mother nature is on our side. So if you cut an 8 foot tree this year, weβve likely been taking care of it for 12 years or more. It will take us another 12 years or so to grow another 8 foot tree! So with that in mind, and in hopes of keeping our farm alive for generations to come, we need to close the farm down to preserve our trees.
May you all have a Merry Christmas and we hope to see you next year in good health.
May God Bless You All!!οΏΌοΏΌοΏΌοΏΌοΏΌοΏΌ
