🔥 IF WE COME BACK IN OCTOBER… WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE MILLER’S SMOKE OR PREPARE FOR YOU?

We’re thinking about coming back for a few Fridays in October and having some fun with the menu, but before we decide, we want your ideas.

What would make you come out?

Smoked meats, sandwiches, sides, desserts, drinks… or something completely different. Be creative.

Drop your idea in the comments and tag the friend you’d bring with you. We may pick a few of your ideas and actually put them on the October menu.

Quick Friday update: We will NOT be at Pat Coslett’s tomorrow.

Catering has us completely booked all weekend, so that has our full attention.

We’ll be BACK NEXT FRIDAY. If we decide not to come back in October, next Friday will be our final Friday of the season.

🔥 **Only TWO Fridays left with us at Pat Coslett’s this season.**

We’ll be out **TODAY, 9/11, starting at 10:45 AM until we sell out** — then we’ll be back **one last time on Friday, 9/25** before we put the truck away for the season and turn our focus back to catering.

A lot of you have become our Friday regulars, and that’s honestly one of our favorite parts of doing this. We appreciate seeing the same faces week after week.

70 slabs of ribs — GONE in about 30 minutes. And before it was over, you cleaned us out of EVERYTHING.

We can’t thank you guys enough. After being away for a bit, seeing everybody come out and support Miller’s like that meant a lot to us. We’re glad to be back. ❤️

**We've had a lot of people asking when we're coming back... well, we're back this Friday!** Please tag someone and let people know.

We really do want to thank everyone for being patient with us, checking in, sending messages, and just supporting Miller's. It means a lot to us.

So we're coming back Friday at **Pat Coslett's Simplicity Furniture** and thought we'd bring a pretty good special with us.

🔥 FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE: **Our 12-hour smoked St. Louis-style ribs are normally $28 — Friday they're $20 a rack.**

**Limit 5 per person.**

We'll bring as many as we can, but these will likely go fast. We will sell out!

If you think you're coming for ribs, **leave us a comment and tell us how many you'd want — 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5.** It'll help us figure out how many to put on the smoker.

Just remember, commenting doesn't save or reserve any. Everything will be **first come, first served**, so get there early.

And one favor — **please skip the phone calls and just leave us a comment here.** We'll keep an eye on them and use that to help us plan.

We'll have the rest of our BBQ menu too.

It's been a little while. We're ready to get back out there and see everybody again.
