- Expected delivery season is May 29 through July 3.

🍓 Our strawberries are finished for the year. The season was winding down but heavy rain on Saturday was too much for the last berries. They are delicate. We’ll be back next year.
We would like to thank everyone who came to the farm for u-picks! Especially the troopers who stayed during the dramatic picking-in-the-rain on Saturday. I am SO glad that you captured those ripe berries before the storm. That’s just great.

Upick morning reservations are open for Saturday 6/22! Come pick delicious, certified organic berries. This is probably our final u-pick of the season. Reservations required.
🍓Berry report: The plants are LOADED! I just scouted today and berries are coming on strong. This is the second harvest of Jewel and Cavendish types, our best varieties. Berries will be ripe, medium-sized, and delicious. Picking will be easy.
$3.90/lb, cash or check. No credit cards. No Venmo.

We had a champagne lunch to celebrate washing the FINAL carrots of the season, and to say goodbye to Bekah for now. We'll get her back here some day. Maggie made a pair of hand-dyed, hand-knit socks for Bekah. The color gradation is gorgeous - Maggie's a pro.
We celebrated with bubbly, snacks and some amazing gruyere from the recent cheese show in Madison.
Our last 2023 carrots will be delivered to W***y Street today and next week. 2023 was a great carrot year. We will plant again this summer for harvest in fall.
