The next day after the big George Strait: I do hope, that no one it too sore. Everyone did a fantastic job!
The next show will be even bigger.
Eric Church concerts are historically our largest shows. As I write this there are less than 338 ticket available. It is expected that vendors will be able to sell twice what they did last night.
Report time on Saturday will be 6pm again, ( Doors at 6:30)
We still would like more vendors. If you know of anyone who would like to vend beer, please contact me on this page.
I'll see everyone on Saturday!

General Vendor instructions for Ford Center

Vendors must have a valid liquor license or a valid $45 money order receipt (not the money order itself, we just need the receipt that comes attached to it). You can apply for a liquor license online @ www.in.gov/atc (Indiana alcohol & to***co commission).
Vendors must be able to lift/ carry a minimum of the equivalent of a case of beer, as the tubs can become heavy. You decide how many drinks you wish to carry (anywhere between) 12-72 drinks, whatever you’re comfortable with.
Vendors should arrive with ID, permit, and wearing comfortable clothing, khaki pants, and a red shirt (we provide a uniform shirt, but we have ran out before)
New Vendor orientation begins at 1 hour, before we start working. This will cover all of the details about the event, rules, where you can and cannot go, etc.
Employees will use the employee entrance, where security will have your name on a list. The employee entrance is located near SE 6th St. & Locust, there is a set of double doors right across the street from Signature school. Call or text me, and I can assist if anyone gets lost or confused. Parking is personal preference, most park in the big court parking lot on MLK.
We provide a bank for each vendor and at the end of the shift you leave with whatever you make in commission and tips. Commission for each beer sold is $.72. Water: $.60. Soda: $.60. How much you make really depends on how much you put into it.

All the vendors, did a fantastic job Saturday night. You all did very well, in rolling with the various rule changes. As well as, a very challenging crowd. I'm very proud of every worker.
Saturday night was the second largest sales night at The Ford Center.

Next Event is 2 weeks from today!!

The Journey concert should be epic. This concert should have the best sales of the year.
This will be a good event for new vendors to train, and veteran vendors should make excellent $.
Report time will be 5:30pm. Please confirm that you are working ASAP. We will have a limited number of vendor spaces for this one.

Now that I've slept,

I wanted to let people know, what a FANTASTIC job everyone did at the Blake Shelton Concert.
We sold almost 80 cases. That worked out to over 100 beverages sold per vendor.
The final inventory was only off by 2 beers, and 1 coke!
The money finalized to within $20 of perfect!!

Everyone did a great job last night!
Unfortunately, people just didn't want to drink at the show. Contrary to everyone's expectations. It happens, and we move onto the next show.
On the plus side, the product and $ counts were perfect!

Next big event is Carrie Underwood, November 11th. I'll publish more info as I get it
