General Vendor instructions for Ford Center
Vendors must have a valid liquor employee permit. You can apply for a liquor license online @ www.in.gov/atc (Indiana alcohol & to***co commission).
Vendors must be able to lift/ carry a minimum of the equivalent of a case of beer, as the tubs can become heavy. You decide how many drinks you wish to carry (anywhere between) 12-72 drinks, whatever you’re comfortable with.
Vendors should arrive with ID, permit, and wearing comfortable clothing, including khaki pants.
New Vendor orientation begins at 1 hour, before we start working. This will cover all of the details about the event, rules, where you can and cannot go, etc.
Employees will use the employee entrance, where security will have your name on a list. The employee entrance is located near SE 6th St. & Locust, there is a set of double doors right across the street from Signature school. Call or text me, and I can assist if anyone gets lost or confused. Parking is personal preference, most park in the big court parking lot on MLK.
We provide a bank for each vendor and at the end of the shift you leave with whatever you make in commission and tips. Commission for each beer sold is $.90. Water: $.90. Soda: $.90. How much you make really depends on how much you put into it.
