Seiby’s Pale Ale. 5.1% ABV 41 IBU. This pale ale boasts a creative ingredient list. European grains, German + American hops, and English yeast round off a mildly bitter ale. Crisp and refreshing, something for everyone to enjoy! “This is my first stab at writing my own recipe. I wanna say thank you to Big Cat for helping me tweak the final rendition to something feasible. I wanted to do something by the book. Our book. Something traditional to a Pale Ale standard. Something that we haven’t done before under our catalog quite yet. I think I hit my mark. My job as the brewer for Hartigan’s is often fueled by the idea that I make great offerings for others to enjoy time and time again. A selfless act that’s yet selfishly full of pride, and plenty of joy. The name “Seiby’s” pale made the most sense to me. My grandfather and my dad both often enjoy the b**rs I make. And today as we celebrate my Grandfather’s 87th birthday, it only feels right that I get to enjoy this one, under our nicknames sake, with them both. And yet still I can’t help but think: “This one is for me”. This one IS for us. On to the next, and the next. I never knew it could mean this much.” —— with love, Nicholas. The first Pilsner L***r ever produced, hailing from Bohemia... the birthplace of Polka, is brewed with a traditional mash bill, and boiled with handfuls of imported Czech Saaz hops. Get there while you can! This one’s a summer seasonal and when she’s gone, we will have to wait til next year! Cheers!
