Lakeside Shorthorns Carla McLachlan and family. Shorthorn cattle since 1876 at Lakeside Farms. Moderate, mature cow type. Shorthorns since 1876 at Lakeside Farms.

Producing quality cattle that function well in pasture settings. Lakeside offers shorthorn and shorthorn x red angus influenced bulls and females. Bred females are available in late summer private treaty/pasture sale. Semen sales available on many proven sires with layers of longevity bred in. Our farm features the service of A&T Captain Obvious. Lakeside bulls roam pastures from Michigan to Washington and from MO to AL.
