General information
This is a page to purchase any available raw fleeces from our stock. Raw fleece is just that. Raw, dirty, shorn from the animal and put into a bag. Llamas and alpacas don't have lanolin, so the weight that you see will be pretty much what you get, finished. You may get a bit of vm or veggie matter in your fleece. these animals live outside and they are not coated. You should never have any poopy fleece. Our fleeces are described to what part of the animal they come off of. Barrels/belly are prime shears. Necks are separated as are 2nds. Alpaca seconds contain neck and leg fiber. If you are unsure, please ask and I'll gladly help you out :) Once a fleece is sold, I am out of that fleece.
