Blue Hubbard Squash. Grown with organic methods. Organic Squash is 1.99 a pound or more at the store. I’m selling these hefty squashes for only $10 a piece! What a deal! AND you can’t even find Blue Hubbard in the store, much less ones that are organic!

These are Emily’s all time favorite squash. We roast them in the oven and eat them with butter. They can also be used in place of pumpkin for pumpkin desserts. Hubbards store very well in a cool place!

It's Porktober and we couldn't be prouder to rank second-highest in value and number of market pigs raised in the country! 🐷 Hogs are Minnesota's largest livestock sector by value, with over 3,000 pig farms, and pork makes up an estimated 15% of our total agricultural value. Happy to all!
