We have a long overdue thank you to the many new customers we have received in the last few months from Rhea Co and the surrounding county’s! I don’t advertise much at all because we are a small restaurant with a small kitchen but Erica can handle a lot of customers in an amazingly short amount of time. Britt,Bre and Mori are also appreciated very much!

🔥 RHEA CO. ROAD SUPERVISOR Rick Wilkey is asking RHEA COUNTIANS TO PLEASE STAY HOME!
Trees are falling like crazy ALL OVER the county.
STAY HOME, STAY SAFE!!
The Rhea County Highway Dept. Has been going full speed ALL NIGHT and still going.
For them its as if for every one tree they cut down, two more fall right behind it. 1/25/26

Working on the Gas line this morning! Grill hood was completed yesterday but could not get gas flow to grill and fryer! Will hopefully get it figured out and be open today! Will update around 11:00 or earlier hopefully..

Update: We will be opening but working with a small fryer until I can get our main one going!

The Long Hollow Grill will be closed 6/26/25 (Thursday) and 6/27/25 (Friday)for the installation of a new grill hood to better serve you.. Depending on the complexity there is a possibility it may not be finished until Monday.. So sorry for the inconvenience! I will keep you posted!
