Snuck away for a couple of days… Lake Michigan pictured here. Hiked a dune National Park, headed on north and drove across Canada to Niagra Falls, ON. Spent a couple of nights there, was able to get up close and personal with the falls. Hiked both sides, Canada and USA. Over 10 miles of hikes Saturday. I slipped on a rock on the USA side and quite sure gave myself whiplash. Jacob said “you look like you’ve been in a car wreck” 😅. Well I have, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. I still managed to hike the Canada side and drive from 10am until 6pm today so I’d say I’m no quitter! The girls held the fort down for me and I am so very appreciative of their covering so I can go do some of these wild n crazy hikes! 8/12 so far ✅
