So with the opening of Boston restaurants close upon us, I'd like to say a few things. Since this situation started, the main chant I have heard and read from "the industry" is support small business, help the little guy, support small local. I couldn't agree more with you!!!! But now here is your chance "Industry friends" customers, and non customers alike. Are you gonna support small businesses like mine or are you going to go back to calling the conglomerates from New York or New Bedford for all your fresh produce needs, and support "Big business" This is not a shameless plug for myself, I have seen the worst of this pandemic and I am still here. I'm just curious to see and out some of the hypocrisy in the food service industry. Let's see how many prove me wrong
