​Somehow our beloved Pink Drink showed up to work today neither pink nor raspberry. Welp, happy accidents happen, so we are rolling with the punches and introducing our newest Sour Saison: Peach Drink! 🍑✨

​Crisp, juicy, slightly tart, and dangerously refreshing on draft now. Do not panic, though—the classic Pink Drink is safe, alive, and well (along with a few other legendary "screw-up" flavor experiments tucked away in the cooler).

🍻 A moment of silence, please: the Palisade Peaches Honey Blonde has officially kicked. It put up a legendary fight, but the tap has run dry (into Erik's mug 🤣).

​Dry your tears, because we are bringing back a massive fan favorite just in time for the weekend: Cold Brew Coffee Beers!

​We teamed up with our friends at This Coffee Life to infuse three of their incredible roasts into three limited sixtels of our beers:
- ​Columbia Finca Monteblanco ➡️ Infused into our crisp Cold Quench Kölsch.
- ​Ethiopia Organic Guji Uraga G2 ➡️ Infused into our malty Brown Chicken Brown Cow English Brown.
- ​No Remorse ➡️ Infused into the mighty Putin Out Russian Imperial Stout for maximum richness.

​These will not last long, so come grab a flight of the three non-coffee versions to compare with the coffee'd version before they are gone!

It is that time of the year again—the Evergreen State Fair is here, and with it, the annual Evergreen State Fair Homebrew Competition! 🍻🎡

​Erik had the honor of sitting in on the Best of Show judging table this year and was blown away by the talent in the room. While the judges evaluating the final round, he silently picked out four standout beers we would enjoy scaling up on our commercial system for a Pro-Am collaboration. As it turned out, those four happened to take the top four spots out of all ten Best of Show contenders!

​A massive congratulations to our top-honors finalists:
- ​Rubber Band Brewing Club – 18B: American Pale Ale
- ​Phil K. – 15B: Irish Stout
- ​Scott J. – 25B: Dark Saison
- ​Adam C. – 33B: Rye Barleywine aged on Rye Bourbon-Soaked Oak

​Next up, our head brew will be sitting down with all four beers to evaluate them for production. We plan to select at least two—and quite possibly all four—to brew right here on our system.

​Keep your eyes peeled for brew day updates and official Pro-Am release dates through the end of the year. Cheers to local homebrewers raising the bar! 🌾✨

​Last year, we were thrilled to bring home a Silver Medal with U-Neek’s very first original recipe - The Cold Quench German Style Kölsch. This year, thanks to the dedication and craftsmanship of our incredible Head Brewer, we are aiming even higher and entering 10 of our standout creations into the competition.
