Easy to make high-protein peanut butter oat cups.

Pair with fresh fruit and yogurt to keep your sweet tooth satisfied.

Ingredients:
3/4 c - Oat flour
1/4 c - Almond flour
1 scoop - Protein powder
1 c - Teddie Natural Super Chunky
1/2 c - Pure maple syrup
1 tsp - Vanilla extract
1/4 c - Chocolate candies

Chocolate topping
1/4 c - Chocolate Chips
1 tsp - coconut oil

Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, mix together all the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and coconut oil.
- Prepare your muffin pan by adding paper liners to each cup. If you are using a silicone pan, you don't need liners.
- Portion out your oat mixture into each cup evenly.
- Using a flat-bottomed piece of glassware, press down on each cup to flatten the mixture. Then, freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Once the cups are firm, take them out of the freezer and make the chocolate topping.
- Add 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1 tsp of coconut oil to a glass bowl and microwave. Stir every 20 seconds until fully melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted, pour over each cup for an even coating.
- Place in the fridge until the chocolate has hardened.
- To enjoy these delicious oat cups, store in the freezer and take out 10 minutes before consuming.

Makes 24 mini cups.

$15,000? How about $25,000!

The Greater Boston Food Bank Day of Giving telethon was made even more meaningful thanks to a generous $25,000 charitable contribution presented by former Teddie CEO Mark Hintlian and his son, Alex Hintlian, Director of Procurement, on behalf of Teddie Peanut Butter.

This donation will help provide much-needed food to local food pantries and communities throughout Eastern Massachusetts, helping ensure that more families have access to the food they need.

At Teddie, giving back has always been about more than peanut butter. It’s about supporting the communities that have supported us for generations.

For more than 30 years, Teddie has been proud to partner with the GBFB in its mission to help fight hunger across Eastern Massachusetts. We’re incredibly grateful to Mark and Alex for continuing that tradition of generosity and making an even bigger impact this year.

Thank you, Mark and Alex, for helping make a difference.
