Meet Craigen Perkins, Lilly's Fresh Pasta's Southeast Pasta Executive, and one of the newest members of the Lilly’s family.

Born in Ohio and raised in Florida, Craigen brings years of experience in the food and hospitality industry—from working as a chef at a country club to building his career across several restaurants.

While Craigen may be new to the Lilly’s team, his connection with Lilly’s goes way back. He has known our Owner & CEO, Antonio D’Alelio, since 2010—making this new chapter feel a little like coming full circle.

Having spent years on the restaurant side of the business, Craigen understands the needs of chefs and restaurant owners. His goal is to use that experience to help our partners elevate their menus, improve the dining experience, and create something their guests will remember.
