A good community shows up for each other — and ours definitely did. 🩷💚

To thank everyone for the support, kindness, messages, and tips we received about the recent incident at Menchie’s at the Marina, we’re offering 5oz FREE on every cup on May 22 from 6–10pm!

The individuals involved in the incident at our Everett store came in with their families, apologized to our team, and paid for the items that were stolen. They have also been officially trespassed from our Everett Menchie's location.
Because the situation has been addressed directly and they took responsibility for their actions, we have decided to remove the video and photos at the request of their families.
Our goal was to support and protect our team members while also encouraging accountability and better choices moving forward. We truly appreciate the overwhelming support, kindness, and encouragement that our team has received from the community today.
We are hopeful this can now be a positive learning experience for everyone involved.

As a family-owned franchise, we can’t wait to bring 12 rotating froyo flavors, 40+ toppings, and sweet treats like froyo cakes, cones, and sandwiches to our amazing community.
