The goal of this workout:
Large muscle groups to promote fat loss; Jump rope to keep the heart rate up and improve cardio, Along with cleans and snatches strength and athletic movement.
Warm up :
Bandit stretches
Ascending and descending bench press.
Work out:
AMRAP 15 minutes
45 pound kettlebell
40 single under jump ropes
10 kettlebell snatches
10 kettlebell cleans
