The goal of this workout:

Large muscle groups to promote fat loss; Jump rope to keep the heart rate up and improve cardio, Along with cleans and snatches strength and athletic movement.

Warm up :
Bandit stretches
Ascending and descending bench press.

Work out:
AMRAP 15 minutes
45 pound kettlebell

40 single under jump ropes
10 kettlebell snatches
10 kettlebell cleans

Hello folks, welcome to the community. I'm thinking that might be a better place for discussions other thank my personal page.

First of thank you for the feedback, form what i gather cooking is a very hot topic followed but workout routines.

So I wanted to ask another survey question.

Would you be interested in cooking videos?

choose all that apply

1. Healthy recipes videos (Me posting prerecorded cooking videos)
2. Cook along sessions (Via Skype or Zoom. you would have the recipe list before hand to make at home)
3. Live cooking shows (webcast or Facebook live, this is more to just watch as you would any other cooking show)

Really these question are leading somewhere, this is a community driven and interactive group/site. Your feedback is important, and very much appreciated.
