It starts at our full-service butcher shop with prime, dry-aged ribeyes—hand cut daily, selected with intention, and aged for depth of flavor you simply can’t replicate overnight. This isn’t just steak. It’s patience, craft, and respect for the process.

Next comes the fire. That first sear, where the marbling begins to render and the crust builds—this is where technique meets instinct. You’re not just cooking dinner… you’re stepping into the role of butcher, chef, and host.

But the moment that separates a good steak from a great one?
The rest.

After the heat, your ribeye needs time. Time for the juices to redistribute, for the muscle fibers to relax, for everything you just built in the pan or on the grill to settle into the meat.
