What I actually ate for dinner this week as a gluten-free personal chef.
Not every meal was fancy.
Not every dinner was perfectly planned.
But honestly? These all slapped.
This week’s winners:
• Cheesy One Pan Mexican Chicken + Rice — 9/10
• Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta + Roasted Carrots + Garlic Herb Bread — 10/10
• Taco Grilled Chicken Bowl with Yogurt Salsa + Guacamole — 9/10
• Sesame Green Beans + Coconut Aminos Ground Beef + Carrots — 12/10
A good reminder that dinner doesn’t need to be complicated to taste really good.
Also… the sun-dried tomato pesto pasta might be entering permanent rotation.
