We want to give a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone in Sutherland that came out yesterday for lunch, you guys were AMAZING, and we can't wait to come back!! Now it's on to Spirit Lake for lunch today at Pure Fishing on Hwy 9 for their BIG tent sale!! Later this afternoon, we'll be at Lake Park Market on Market!!! We can't wait to see everyone!!!

Hey Sutherland, we're headed your way!!! We'll be set up on the east side of the park serving from 11am until 2pm. (maybe later if we don't sell out!😉) We can't wait to share our years of experience on the competition trail perfecting our slow smoked AWARD WINNING BBQ and delectable homemade sides with your community! We're the real deal, as we like to say, we're FASTER and BETTER than fast food, serving individual meals in less than a minute!! No standing in line with us like other foodtrucks! Here's our schedule for this week!! We'll be in Spirit Lake tomorrow for lunch at Lakes Regional Healthcare from 11am-2pm!!! Our calendar is filling up FAST so if you have any catering needs PLEASE contact us ASAP to get on the schedule!! We do WAAAYYYY more than just BBQ, as we catered a 110 person wedding on Saturday at Gull Point, and this evening just dropped off a 10 person catering job at the Lakes that included Lisa's AMAZING homemade Key Lime Bundt cake, our crowd favorite BBQ Baked Beans, Cajun Coleslaw, Mac n Cheese, and DELICIOUS slow smoked chopped brisket. Trust us when we say we can handle your needs! Let us take the worry out of the food service!!
