Wednesday for lunch from 11am-2pm at Spencer Hospital and then in Ringsted from 11am-2pm on Thursday before we head to Rockford, Iowa for an SCA Competition on Saturday!! Hey folks, we're sorry to say, but there's been a change in plans!🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️ We've had an unfortunate "porktastrophe" aboard the truck today, a disaster of "aporkalyptic" standards if you will. With that being said, we're only going to be providing lunch service today instead of both lunch and supper. At this point, we're out of pulled pork and baked potatoes, and only have a few servings of chicken, brisket, and ribs left. We apologize for the change, but it was unavoidable. We want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone that came out for lunch, and we can't wait to be back again on June 22nd!!!
