All deliveries have been made this week!! Be sure to stock up as it is vacation time and there will be no deliveries next week.
This week we have potato salad, macaroni salad, frog eye salad, wagon wheel pasta salad, which is wagon wheel pasta, kidney beans, cube cheddar cheese, green peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, with a sauce of mayonnaise and picante. It isn't spicy but full of flavor. The meal is chicken veggie biscuit bake, (kinda like chicken pot pie filling with biscuits on top) chicken salad, egg salad, and the soup is beef and barley. Baked items are cinnamon rolls, poppyseed bread with an orange glaze, O'Henry bars and kolaches.

I'm behind this week in posting deliveries. All delivers have been made. This week we had potato salad, Mac salad, frog eye salad, and broccoli bow tie pasta salad. Also we had chicken and wild rice soup and beef stroganoff with corn or green beans.

Deliveries to Page, Lynch, and Shamrock Locker/Oneill have been made. We Mart in Bartlett will be Thursday morning. This week we have potato salad, macaroni salad, frog eye salad, and a new one, asparagus pasta salad with a honey mustard dressing. Cinnamon rolls, raspberry strudel bread, garlic knots are the baked items. The soup is chicken pot pie soup and entrees are sausage and potato cassorole and beefy bowtie pasta with a garlic knot.

All delivery should be done by 3 o'clock on Thursday. Kind of running behind this week with my best helper being under the weather. I'm not used to working that hard. Lol Salads this week are potato, macaroni, frog eye, and pasta instata.  we also have corn beef and cabbage soup and Mongolian beef noodles. Sorry, no baked items this week.

Deliveries were finished up today at all stores. This week besides potato, mac, and frog eye salad I have vermicelli pasta salad ( pasta with green pepper and green onion with an Italian dressing and dill, caraway, and poppy seeds). Feedback on the new salads are appreiceated. We also have stuffed pepper soup, loaded baked potato soup, chicken and rice with buttered corn or peas and egg salad. Baked items are cinnamon rolls and chocolate zucchini bread. Not all items are available at all stores.

While the oven was hot we just as well bake a treat for when we work calves. Sausage, bacon, and egg roll ups will give the guys a boost of energy. 😁

This week, deliveries will be staggered with cattle work interspersed throughout. On Tuesday, Shamrock Locker received their order, which includes potato salad and macaroni salad. Farmers Store in Page also received their delivery on Tuesday. WeMart in Bartlett is scheduled for Wednesday, and Valley Food Coop will receive their order on Thursday. In response to a customer request, we prepared Autumn Apple Salad, a lemon jello, cream cheese, and cool whip mixture featuring pineapple, apple, celery, and walnuts. Additionally, we will be offering potato salad, macaroni salad, and frog eye salad. Our soup options will include broccoli cheese and lasagna and chicken bacon ranch pasta is the entree. Baked goods are cinnamon rolls, country cinnamon swirl bread, date bread, and cherry kolaches.
