Being 34 weeks pregnant means meal prepping has become a must—not just for me, but for the dogs too. 🤍🐾
As we prepare to welcome our baby girl, one thing that’s staying a priority is keeping our boys healthy and making sure they continue feeling just as loved and important as they always have. The more we can prep now, the easier it’ll be to stay consistent once she’s here.
This week’s meal prep has been simple, nutritious, and easy to portion out:
🥩 Nature's Logic Pet Food Grain-Free Beef kibble, soaked for about 15 minutes.
🥬 Mixed with Dr. Harvey’s Paradigm, Raw Vibrance or Canine Health (I rotate between them each day)
🎃 A spoonful of plain pumpkin purée with each meal to help support healthy digestion.
If you’re unsure how much pumpkin your dog should be getting based on their weight, send me a message—I’m always happy to help!
Why I love this combination:
✨helps here ➡️💰
✨ Nature’s Logic is one of the few kibbles made without synthetic vitamins or minerals. It contains 33% protein, with 97% of that protein coming from premium meat sources, making it a quality foundation for our dogs’ meals.
✨ Dr. Harvey’s will always be a staple in our home. Rotating their whole-food base mixes helps provide variety while supporting healthy digestion, beautiful coats, and overall wellness.
✨ I also love adding fresh, home-cooked proteins like the ground beef in this video to boost the nutritional value of every bowl.
I truly believe you don’t have to feed a fully raw or homemade diet to make a difference. Small, intentional upgrades using fresh, whole-food ingredients can have a huge impact on your dog’s health—and they don’t have to be complicated.
With this being said, I strive to feed mostly raw or home cooked when I can.
