🍁MAPLEFEST IS NEARLY HERE🍁(Rain or Shine)
This Saturday, March 9th join us for this wonderful rite of spring. We've bottled the Pure KY Proud Maple Syrup all up and we couldn't be more excited to welcome y'all back out to the farm. Maple oatmeal stout is packaged and tasting oh so lovely. We know the weather may not be looking perfect but don't let that deter ya. We're going to have a heck of a good time rain or shine.
We have a very limited number of bottles of syrup this year so we're going to do our best to spread the sweetness around. As such there will be a 1 bottle per household limit this year. No holds, reservations or anything of the sort. It will be strictly first come, first serve. We know it hardly seems like enough but we really want to share this delicious treat from the trees with as many folks as possible.
Day of Maplefest itinerary:
12p - Maple Syrup sales begin (first come first serve)
2p - Tour of the maple Grove and sugar shack with everyone's favorite tour guide Mr. McGee
3-5p Live music with Baylee Morgan and Austin Tackett
12p-Sellout - Delicious grub from Fodder by
2p-Sellout - More delicious grub by

🍁Maple Season has begun! 🍁
Last week with the help of some good friends we got our maple grove tapped and over the weekend the sap began to flow. The cyclical rhythm of maple season brings a comfort in the winter when the bleak grey skies(occasionally shattered by brilliantly blue sunny days) of January and February bear down on us with unforgiving persistence. And with that comfort or rather the cause of that comfort is long, slow days in the woods with friends working, talking, laughing, falling. So here's to all the wonderful folks that make maple season so special for us(don't worry we're going to have many of you over for a boil soon) and a special thanks to Tyler, Don, Brad and John for lightening our load that day of tapping. Cheers, Keegan 🍻
