What a weekend!! Overwhelmed with gratitude and humility! Thank you Minnesota for showing up, thank you volunteers and friends in making this possible, and last but not least thank you Chefsantoshshah and Kashish Das Shrestha for giving us this opportunity to share our amazing Nepali cuisine at the highest level with our Minnesota family from the hands of no other than the G.O.A.T of Nepali cuisine so aptly dubbed by Wassup Minnesota!! As we near MasterChef Santosh Shah's sold out pop-up dinner in Minnesota, we wanted to share some reminders.

Event is this Saturday, February 24, at Camp Fire Minnesota (3300 Tanadoona Dr, Excelsior, MN 55331) and kicks off at 6:15 pm.

We also wanted to send a few important notes:

Food: If you need vegetarian alternatives for any of the courses, please let us know your meal preference by this Friday, Feb. 24.

Additionally, please note, the original Timbur Chicken in the Mains has been replaced by Timbur Lamb rack.

Bar: The venue will have a full service bar, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Exclusive Merchandise: Event hosts Gray Yak will have exclusive merchandise available at the venue, a wonderful way to remember the evening and to support Gray Yak [Note: This is not Chef Santosh Shah's merchandise].

On the evening of the event, we look forward to welcoming you at 6:15PM and hope you enjoy some time socializing before finding your seats. We expect to start serving dinner from 7PM.
