Weā€™re currently bottling very, pretty red colored maple syrup. This is a grading kit with our maple syrup in the jar all the way on the right. The other jars are glycerin with standardized colors for ā€œgolden delicateā€, ā€œamber richā€ and ā€œdark robustā€. There isnā€™t a lot of information about why itā€™s so red. Itā€™s not related to Red Maples, my guess is mineral content. Tastes great and probably still falls under dark robust.
