Weaning time approaches! Saw this Tahoe (G921) cow, nursing her heavy, big-bodied bull calf (P114), sired by Trade Up. He's simply a timely reminder that "optimum, efficient growth," from a trait-balanced mating is the HCC goal. 🎯

We like to offer stout-made, sound HCC Angus Bulls that sire calves that can consistently gain 4.0 to 4.5 lbs./day on feed. Routinely, they're finished within 200 days-Prime quality & ready at 1,400 to 1,550 lb. 🎯

HCC Lass A320-H770. She's a six year old, sired by Woodhill Blueprint. Stout-made, heavy, & easy fleshing. She's in the 50th percentile for her mature height EPD. Heavier, but Angus breed average-for mature height.

Some might call her a "power cow," which she is, in our view. We admire her leadership for docility (Top 2%), her progeny pounds, sound feet & udder, plus carcass trait excellence. It all matters. Her sons are thick, calm citizens and that weigh heavy. As yearlings, they're 9% above, for YW pounds. 🎯
