We are selling Ground Beef for $6.59/LB (Minimum 10LBS) for Pre-Order Only!! It’s our normal 80/20!

We will need to know by Tuesday, September 1st!
Pick-up will be Friday and Saturday, September 4th and 5th!

It will be packaged in 1lb packs as pictured below!

Half or Whole: $2.89/LB

Beef Breakdown: 🥩

Front Quarters: Delmonico/Ribeyes, Chuck Roast, Shoulder Roast, Brisket, Short Ribs… Ground Meat.

Hind Quarters: T-Bones, New York Strip, Filet, Round Steaks, Rump Roast… Ground Meat.

From a 300LB Side of Beef, roughly expect anywhere from 60-70% of Vacuum Packed Beef.
