I had a lot of fun making everything for the Christmas basket. I had Christmas music playing, singing badly in the kitchen, and enjoying the season's magic. I should have taken pictures, but the battery died on my phone. I hope everyone has a wonderful with their family and friends. Much love and blessings to everyone.😍

Bean and Cheese Pupusas: Savory griddled corn cake with cheese and black beans. Chicken Ropa Vieja: Chicken breast is slow cooked with a fusion of Latin spices, tomatoes, onions, Spanish olives, and peppers and then shredded and served with white rice plantains and black beans. Tres Leches Cake: Delicious light cake soaked in a sweet milk mixture and topped with whipped cream.
