Impressive talent and a great host: that sums up our visit to the Rutgers Packaging Engineering Career Fair this week.

ACR's Packaging Engineering team had the opportunity to meet and interview some truly inspiring students. Their technical knowledge, curiosity, and passion for packaging stood out in every conversation, and it’s clear the next generation of packaging engineers is ready to make an impact.

Thank you Rutgers University for being such a welcoming host. Touring the Packaging Engineering building and labs gave us a firsthand look at the hands-on education that prepares students for real-world challenges across the industry.

Today, at Ross and Wallace, an ACR brand, we celebrate the remarkable career of General Manager Phyllis Love, who is retiring after 43 years of dedicated service.

Throughout her distinguished career, Phyllis earned tremendous knowledge, admiration, and respect across the industry. She established herself as a leader at a time when few women held roles like hers, helping to pave the way for those who followed.

Phyllis has always been as generous with her smile as she is with her knowledge. A trusted mentor, valued colleague, and cherished friend, she has made a lasting impact on countless people and leaves behind an extraordinary legacy.

We are deeply grateful for Phyllis’s many years of leadership, dedication, and friendship, and we are thrilled for her as she begins this well-earned new chapter filled with grandchildren, fishing, and mornings without an alarm clock.
