Renaissance had twins today- Every time I see her lovely face, broad, strong udder, and perfect mothering skills, I fondly remember her mamma, Rena. Rena was the first kid born on the Farm, and her legacy lives today.

Pickering goat cheese is well-aged in our 19th-century bank barn. It is a bit sharper, and a nice choice for fans of Pecorino and Parmesan. Portions of Pickering sales benefit Valley Forge Chapter of Trout Unlimited and its efforts in Watershed conservation. Come to Open Farm Days this Sat/Sun May 19-20, and taste Pickering---right in the Pickering Creek Watershed-- that's real terroir!
