And what could be more comforting than our Brisket Grilled Cheese? 🤤 Slow-smoked brisket piled onto Texas Toast, topped with your choice of Cooper Sharp or Pepper Jack, and served with a side of our house-made Red Eye BBQ sauce for dipping.

Just choose your favorite side and beverage, and you’ve got yourself the ultimate fall comfort meal. 🍽️🍺

⚠️But be warned: our brisket is slow-smoked, and there’s only so much of it! When it’s gone, it’s gone, so don’t wait too long to get your fix. 👀
