Lots of our followers have asked how the Mail-In Rebates Work. It is fairly simple to do and saves a ton of CASH!!! 💰💵💲🤑
Mail-in rebates for liquor work like manufacturer mail-in refunds: you pay full price upfront, then submit your receipt and proof of purchase to get a partial refund via check, digital payment, or gift card.
Because of strict alcohol laws in many states, these rebates provide a clever way for liquor brands to offer discounts.
1. Find the Offer-Rebate forms are usually found as tear-off pads right next to the bottles on the shelf, hanging on the neck of the bottle, or via QR codes on in-store displays.
2. Purchase and Keep Your Receipt-Buy the specified product during the promotional period. Make sure your register receipt is itemized. It must clearly show the store name, date, the exact brand of liquor, and the price paid.
3. Gather Proof of Purchase-You will usually need one or more of the following:The original physical receipt: (Some brands require the original, while others accept a clear photo).UPC code / Barcode: You may be required to cut the physical barcode off the box or bottle label, or you might just have to write down the UPC number on your submission form.
4. Submit Your Claim-Follow the instructions on the rebate form. You will either: Mail it in: Fill out the paper form, put it in an envelope with your receipt and proofs of purchase, and mail it to the designated processing center.
Submit online: Many modern liquor rebates have replaced mail with digital submissions where you just take a photo of your receipt and upload it to a rebate website.
5. Get Paid-Once your submission is verified, you will receive your refund. This usually comes in the form of a check mailed to your address or a digital payment (like Venmo or PayPal).
