We finished our fall harvest with 127 rounds and a handful of squares. All rounds have been sold and we have a few squares available for your livestock needs.

Thanks to all our great customers for their support in 2020. We are looking forward to 2021 where we will once again shoot for outstanding forage quality...and quantity. Stay tuned!

We are wrapping up our second cutting. Pastures were very stressed with drought conditions. Yields were 1-2 bales/acre. Some pastures were not harvested. We see inventory of rounds very low after taking care of our customers. Most likely we will be all out by end of October which is early for us.

For 2020 Hay season, we applied Lime in the fall of 2019. Fertilizer was applied to all fields in April of 2020. We treated for weeds in some fields. We are ready for Harvest. Check with us around Mid June for Hay sales and Deliveries.

We are making plans for our 2018 harvest. We will be offering mixed grass hay in a 4x5 round bale and small square bales. First harvest expected early June.

Thanks to all of our wonderful customers, we have sold most of our 2015 crop. We have a few deliveries to make in late Jan and Early February then our barns will be empty and ready for 2016 crop. Thanks Everyone!!

Highfill Farms, Fair Grove, MO is in the process of baling up it's 2015 hay crop. We have approx. 250 big round bales now and expect a total of 400 by end of June. All hay is mixed grass, 4'x5' twine tied bales. Price is $30/bale. We can deliver locally for $2.50/bale. Thanks for your continued business.

Fertilizer was applied the April 11, 2015 to all hay ground. Soil test indicated a need for Nitrogen and Potash. So a specific blend was ordered from Fair Grove MFA.

In March 2015, we planted 300 blueberry plants and 100 blackberry plants. We are shooting for our first blueberry harvest June 2017. We hope to have some blackberries this year from the plants we sowed in 2014.
