This weekend, we are excited to announce the first pours of our Bourbon Barrel aged Spitting Lyon Scottish Ale. Friends of the brewery Gary and Fred purchased the white oak barrel from Springbrook Distillery, which casked their bourbon since 2021. We felt our Spitting Lyon Scottish ale brewed with roasted barley and chocolate malt would age well in the bourbon barrel. We love the results and think you will too. Stop in Sat from 4-9p and let us know what you think.

Also, a special thank you to Tim for building the beautiful stand for the oak barrel. Truly exceptional work!
