Salsa on the side Fresh handcrafted salsa. Using all natural and fresh ingredients. I have been making salsa since 1999. So it began! The salsa is always fresh and never cooked.

After many trips to Mexico when I worked for Alaska airlines I decided I could make a tasty salsa. I use fresh Roma tomatoes, roasted garlic, roasted jalapeños, white onions, fresh cilantro, tomato juice, hot pepper sauce and a variety of spices. I sell quarts for 20.00 and pints for 12.00. The salsa has been tested by the ADEC and has passed the water and ph testing required to qualify for the co
