Salsa on the side Fresh handcrafted salsa. Using all natural and fresh ingredients. I have been making salsa since 1999. So it began! The salsa is always fresh and never cooked.

After many trips to Mexico when I worked for Alaska airlines I decided I could make a tasty salsa. I use fresh Roma tomatoes, roasted garlic, roasted jalapeños, white onions, fresh cilantro, tomato juice, hot pepper sauce and a variety of spices. I sell quarts for 20.00 and pints for 12.00. The salsa has been tested by the ADEC and has passed the water and ph testing required to qualify for the cottage exemption. This allows me to sell to customers via bazaars, craft sales, farmers markets and directly to customers. The summer markets are over but there is still salsa to made and consumed. Come see me at my alma mater and get some delicious salsa. Red and green salsa will be available.
