Little Baby Vesta made her grand entrance at 2:00 AM on August 30th! 🌙✨

After keeping us waiting and wondering when she was finally going to arrive, this beautiful little heifer decided the middle of the night was the perfect time to make her debut. 🥹❤️

She’s happy, healthy, and absolutely adorable! 🐄💕

But now she needs a name! 👀

Okay, hear us out before you say “NOPE!” 😂

Beef tongue might sound a little wild, but when it’s slow cooked until tender, seasoned just right, and piled into a warm tortilla… 🤤 IT. IS. SO. GOOD.

One of those cuts that reminds us why we believe in using the whole animal—and sometimes the “odd” cuts turn out to be the most delicious!

One of our herdshare members makes handcrafted fireweed syrup. She roams Alaska, hand-harvesting fireweed herself and turning those beautiful blooms into delicious syrup. 🏔️🌸

We absolutely love being able to support another local Alaskan while offering our customers something that was truly harvested and made right here in Alaska.
