By Friday, I can usually tell I’ve been holding my breath all week — not on purpose, just the kind of shallow breathing that comes with too much screen time and not enough fresh air.

I read that even just two minutes of slow, intentional breathing outside can help lower stress and clear your head. Something about the mix of sunlight, oxygen, and stillness hitting the reset button for your body.
