That’s a wrap for our 2026 season. We were hoping to get one more burp of sap today to get us to 100 gallons but looks like we’ve gone dry over here. 97 gallons on just under 300 taps this year, so were very happy with that.

Today was a canning day! We’ve got lots of fresh and tasty 2026 Syrup canned now. Amber rich and dark robust with great flavor

Sugaring season got off to a great start and now it’s hanging around, we’re making some very tasty syrup and hopefully this nice weather keeps providing cold nights and warm days.

We have some fresh 2025 syrup available now and will be canning more soon. We have some noce amber rich and will be canning some darker stuff this week.

It’s been a good start to the sweet season. We woke up to some sugar snow that should help us out this week and the forecast looks like pretty good sugaring weather.

That’s a wrap, 2024 sugaring season is over for us. The Easter bunny collected the last of it today and we had a short boil tonight. We ended the year with 105 gallons of the sweet stuff, we’re very happy with that.
