Join us this Saturday, September 12, from 5–7 PM as we welcome three new w**es to the family: Chardonnay, Garnacha, and La Ta-Tas Red Blend.

And because w**e is always better with food and friends, our friends at Servin Tacos created something just for the occasion: a special Toscana Bowl and Toscana Burrito, made to pair with the new releases.

Meet the W**emaker: Pato Paso Viola

We’re excited to welcome our friend Patricio “Pato” Paso Viola to Sunset Suisun!

Born in Mendoza, Argentina, Pato honed his craft from Bordeaux to Napa Valley, including Château Angélus, Nine Suns, Plinth, and TOR W**es. He’s been behind some truly exceptional Napa Cabernets, and this Sunday he’ll be sharing w**es from his own project, AUXOR Cellars.

Come meet Pato and taste his Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Cabernet Sauvignon, and Red Blend, while hearing the stories behind the w**es directly from the w**emaker.

One of the best things about the w**e world is how generously w**emakers share their knowledge. We’ve learned a lot from Pato, and we’re excited for you to meet him too.

This Saturday, May 23, from 12–6 PM, we’re excited to welcome w**emaker Patricio Paso Viola of AUXOR Cellars to Sunset Suisun for a special Meet the W**emaker tasting.

By day, Patricio is part of the w**emaking team at TOR, crafting some of Napa Valley’s most sought-after w**es. But here in Suisun Valley, he’s pursuing a deeply personal vision through AUXOR: w**es rooted in place, precision, and passion.

A Fairfield local with serious talent and an incredible palate, Patricio is proving that world-class w**e doesn’t only come from famous zip codes. Come meet the man behind the bottles, hear the stories, and taste what happens when Napa-level craftsmanship meets Suisun Valley soul.
