The peach trees are in bloom already! They are the first to bloom out of all the fruit trees, I’m so grateful they have survived the ice storms and crazy cold we have had here on the farm.

This is our website to order our candy, still working on the final options but we officially have a store! We were delayed by the weather a bit, but will still be coming to Baytown to drop samples and orders if anyone would like to try something please let me know soon . Freeze dried candy 🍬🍭🍬 we will start taking orders next week and will have deliveries in Baytown/Houston areas mid December. We will have discounts for all goods produced or sold by Stillwater’s for all veterans, first responders, and teachers. 54 fruit trees planted as of today. IN the next 2 -4 years we should be producing at least roughly 8000 lbs of fruit on this little farm. That’s a lot of people that we will be able bless with fresh fruit, thank you father! The excitement is real! I can’t wait for these fruits , I can’t wait for these blessings that I know are coming To people who need them. Lord continue to mold me , and ready me for what’s to come in Jesus name .

These are the chicken pot pies and blackberry pies , I know they are not perfect ,I’ve never been good at baking 😂 but I gave it my best shot and tried from scratch, Ive got a lot of practicing to do lol, but I’m happy with it.

Today we cut some white oak for the winter here , and I baked pies to bring in the freeze with something warm 🥧 . I am so thankful for so much today 🌻

Jason Brown chose to walk away from football in 2012 at the age of 29 to become a farmer in Louisburg, North Carolina. He maintains a 1,000-acre farm called First Fruits Farm where he grows produce such as sweet potatoes and inyari. He donates these crops to local food pantries, having given away over 46,000 pounds of sweet potatoes and 10,000 pounds of cucumbers. Brown began learning about farming practices in 2012 by watching YouTube videos.
