Dear Customers! Crab cakes can be a delicious part of a Holiday Meal. We offer them in many sizes: 4.0-ounce Entree, 2.7-ounce Appetizer and 3/4-ounce Hors d'oeuvre. I recommend the 2.7-ounce size as it is so versatile (1 or 2 are a perfect appetizer while 2 or 3 are a nice entree). Our crab cakes are made in a classic Maryland style with over 70% crab meat then flash frozen. This allows you to cook as many you need and save the rest for later. Our Imperial cake is our top of the line followed by our Premium then Deluxe cakes. I highly recommend our Imperial cakes that are made with larger pieces of crab meat, heavy cream, scallions and cilantro. Super Yummy!
