1. Ed’s Rosé — Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé
Bright, vibrant and seriously refreshing. Cabernet Sauvignon gives it character and texture while keeping it crisp, juicy and dangerously easy to drink.

2. Philosopher’s Stone — 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc. Barrel-aged for texture and complexity, with beautiful freshness, depth and a long, expressive finish.

3. Obra Magna — Pinot Noir
Petaluma Gap Pinot Noir made with whole clusters and carbonic maceration. Fragrant, juicy and energetic—a playful expression of Pinot with plenty of personality.

4. 5th Element — Red Blend
Our signature blend. Cabernet Franc leads, supported by Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Petite Sirah, with a tiny touch of Viognier—the 5th Element—bringing everything together.

5. Obra Magna — Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep, structured and elegant. Dark fruit, fine tannins and layers of complexity make this the perfect w**e to close the tasting.
