The last calf of the season did not disappoint!! Meet Ella, short for Cruella. Genevieve had this adorable heifer this afternoon! Arnold, our bull, has a white patch on his rump and tail and apparently that’s a strong gene! We had a nice run of heifer calves this year which will be retained to increase the fold.

Timing was good today checking the field during chores….I gather them and incubate as the Great Pyrenees think they’re too cool to leave them alone 🙄. They don’t break/eat them but carry them around for me to find in random places lol.
