Heads Up Folks!!! I just wanted to let you know that we finally have a date for processing set. We had hoped it would be done already but since we only butcher steers they just weren't to the desired size and weight we are trying to achieve. So the one steer we have that is ready will be taken to the processors June 24th. I am so sorry it is taking so long this time but you can't rush some things. I will let you know when it is ready and back on site. Thank you SO Much for your patience. Your business is very much appreciated.

I haven't posted in a while but coming in May we will be restocked. Will keep you posted but you can't rush these things.
