Forget pumpkin spice for a second, this Apple Cinnamon Latte might be my new fall favorite🍎☕️

The syrup is super easy, just fresh apple juice, cinnamon, cloves, a pinch of salt, maple syrup, and a little vanilla.

For the coffee, I'm using Catte Borbone 100% Arabica Blend. Its smooth, chocolatey notes work so well with the apple and warm spices.
Make it hot or iced, both are seriously good.

Ricotta in iced coffee? Trust me on this one! ☕ Inspired by Fiocco di Neve, with fluffy ricotta cream and bold Caffè Borbone Espresso Intenso.

Latte

• 90 ml cold milk
• Double espresso (Caffè Borbone Espresso Intenso)
• Ice

Cream

• 20 g ricotta
• 20 g whipping cream
• 5 to 7 g honey
• ¼ tsp vanilla
• A little lemon zest

Whisk the cream ingredients until smooth and fluffy. Layer ice, milk, and Caffè Borbone espresso, then spoon the cream on top. Finish with powdered sugar if you like.
