Swiss Cake Roll Cheesecake, plain cheesecake, cherry delight, and blackberry cobbler!

I had some blackberries left over so I added some blueberries and strawberries and made a berry cobbler.

UPDATE BELOW on DESSERTS:

Here we go again—Wednesday, September 2, hot, take home meal menu! Deadline to order is MONDAY, August 31.

Choice of meat loaf or ham, choice of au gratin potatoes or potato salad, choice of green beans or fried corn, and a roll (hopefully they will not fall this time.) $13/plate.

A side salad could replace a side for $2/extra or ADD a salad to your meal for $4.

Dessert options: Blackberry cobbler or Swiss Cake Roll CHEESECAKE.
$4.

Adding a plain cheesecake—can add cherry, blueberry, strawberry, or caramel praline topping.

Adding a cherry delight as well.

So the chicken and pork chop meal was soooo good last night. I LOVE white gravy and the sweet potato casserole melts in your mouth.

I was a little disappointed in the size of the chicken breasts we got in, but we tried to make it up a with an extra piece.

And if you did not get a piece of the White Pie, oh my, you really missed it!

We are super busy next week, but stay tuned for the week of Aug 31-Sept 4, we will do something else. Give us some suggestions!

Thanks again; it was great seeing so many people. Wish the kitchen was bigger so everyone did not have to crowd in. Maybe soon….I can talk Chris into moving.
