Luciana is a business graduate who had the desire to become an entrepreneur from a young age. Having educated herself on the benefits of healthy eating, she came to realize all the holistic powers food has in generating energy and preventing disease. Combining her passions and newfound knowledge, Luciana knew she had to share this "zest" with those around her. Luciana's zest for making mass amount

s of food stems from her Italian roots - producing large amounts of jarred tomato sauce each August and gallons of wine each September. When she's not cooking with the family, Luciana is devoting her kitchen time in preparing densely nutritious snacks, meals and treats. She believes any occasion can be an excuse to host a party with plenty of food and laughs.
